Prevalent has enabled us to streamline and speed up our risk assessment processes, to assess more suppliers, and to identify and focus on more key risks

Prevalent allows us to manage third-party risk in an organized way.

We did not have a process for identifying vendor or supply chain risk prior to the installation and creation of our Prevalent platform. Since we moved from the install to BAU, we have been through the process of onboarding our critical and NIS scope suppliers. This will enable us to have a greater understanding of the risks posed by our suppliers and the risks posed to our supply chain as an OES (Operator of Essential Services).

Overall it has been a positive experience having received very good support and advice from Prevalent to meet our requirements. It has been a truly collaborative exercise where they have listened to our needs and come up with solutions that best fit our requirements. Any of our concerns have also been quickly looked into and we have been kept well informed throughout the process.

The process is now formalized, whereas before it was just spreadsheets. We can now report on aggregated risks from a central location, too.

Prevalent is an expert in the space. When we have a new type of vendor or risk we want to assess, they are helping us build those specific processes. Its hard for GRCs to offer that support.

Before Prevalent, the use of suppliers was siloed and not visible to all; and in some cases invisible to all but the project manager and procurement. Now firmly embedded into our onboarding process, Prevalent is our repository of suppliers past and present.
