Responsibilities
  • Proactive Engagement: Conduct effective cold outreach and seamlessly transition inbound inquiries into "warm" responsive prospects.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify and qualify new opportunities for Prevalent, contributing to the growth of our innovative solutions.
  • Lead Nurturing: Provide Sales Reps with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handover for further development.
  • CRM Excellence: Enter prospect information accurately into Salesforce/Salesloft, maintaining a robust and organized database.
  • Continuous Learning: Enhance product knowledge by actively participating in regular training sessions, staying abreast of industry trends.
  • Collaborative Meetings: Attend field sales meetings as appropriate, fostering collaboration and strengthening team dynamics.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns and promotional offers, optimizing revenue generation.
Skills
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in telemarketing or business development roles, preferably within the UK's technology/software sector.
  • Technology Acumen: Business development experience with technology and/or software products is preferred.
  • Communication Prowess: Strong phone, prospecting, sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Relationship Building: Natural ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with potential customers and the sales teams you support.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Efficiency and Multitasking: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and maximize efficiency in a dynamic environment.
  • Active Listening: Effective listener with a keen understanding of prospect needs.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage tasks and responsibilities effectively.
