Jonathan Dambrot - CEO / Co-Founder - Jonathan brings many years of entrepreneurial and management experience to Prevalent. He has worked with both large and medium enterprises to create solutions to better comply with government regulation (i.e. Sarbanes Oxley, HIPAA, GLBA) and mitigate InfoSec risks. Jonathan currently manages the Prevalent sales and marketing team where he has increased average revenue growth by over 50% every year.
Prior to working in the technology industry, Jonathan launched a highly successful, consumer products company where he won several collegiate entrepreneurial awards. Jonathan is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, received his MBA from The Pennsylvania State University, and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). Jonathan is also a magician and is known to perform for co-workers, clients, and friends.
Norman W. Menz III - CTO / Co-Founder - Norman brings more than 16 years of IT and management experience to Prevalent. He brings a practical approach to information security and risk management, mixing both effective solutions with thoughtful, practical and creative approaches. He has been involved in all aspects of IT and InfoSec including design and integration, project management, and security policy development across the enterprise. Norman understands the business issues clients deal with and works with them to develop appropriate products and solutions to insure their business operations flow seamlessly and securely.
Matthew Hicks - Chief Strategy Officer – Matt brings 20 years of growth stage technology and strategic corporate development experience to Prevalent. Prior to joining Prevalent, Matt was an Executive in Residence at Grandbanks Capital where he evaluated venture capital investments in cyber security, cloud and big data. Prior to Grandbanks, Matt was Head of Corporate Development, M&A and Strategic Investments at RSA Security, the Security Division of EMC.
Earlier in his career, Matt was a co-founder and senior executive at several growth stage technology companies including Arigo, a leader in global vendor compliance. Matt was also a seed stage investor at Redleaf Ventures and led venture capital investments in the Tech Group of GE Equity. His professional skills include strategic planning, M&A, business development, strategic alliances, and corporate finance. Matt received his MBA in entrepreneurial finance from Babson College.
Gina Jehn - Director of Operations - Gina brings to the Prevalent team a fresh approach and motivated outlook on managing the company's day-to-day operations. Gina brings with her 20+ years experience and more recently as a Purchasing Manager for one of the largest Garment resellers on the East Coast. Her ability to react quickly and think on her feet will most certainly help us to service our customers more efficiently and effectively. Most recently she spent several years overseeing an International Import Company where she managed the New York office as well as their international office in Hong Kong.
Graduating from Richard Stockton College of NJ with a BA in Marketing Gina has a diverse business background that has proven to be beneficial not only to Prevalent Networks but to customers alike.
Eric von der Linden - Director of Sales Engineering - Eric brings an entire career worth of technology to the Prevalent team, from his eight years of data storage experience with EMC2 and Wachovia bank, to six plus years designing and implementing information security and risk management solutions at Prevalent. Eric’s passion for learning continues to with his most recent certification from Shared Assessments, "Certified Third Party Risk Professional" (CTPRP). Eric’s tasked with building out the Sales Engineering team and helping deliver "the Prevalent Experience" to all of Prevalent's clients.
Justin Weddington - Director of Security, Managed Services - Justin has over 13 years of experience managing business technology risk for both large and small organizations. Formerly he worked as the Manager of Enterprise Security and Risk Management at a shared services company supporting a global insurance group, in the Information Protection Unit of a Fortune 200 energy company and in security and compliance at a regional transmission organization. In the variety of roles he has served in across heavily regulated industries, Justin has successfully developed and maintained IT Security: policies and procedures, oversight and controls, strategy, architecture, development and training.
Justin joined Prevalent Networks to build out the security for Prevalent Networks service offering, design Energy Industry vertical solutions and to assist clients in their most critical IT Security and GRC needs.
John Polise - Vice President of Sales - John joined Prevalent Networks’ sales force in 2004 as a self-motivated Account Manager. His diligent work ethic and “get the job done” attitude has earned him the title of Prevalent’s Vice President of Sales in April of 2011. John’s 20 years of dynamic technology leadership has served him and Prevalent well. His background includes experience in many industries such as; banking, retail and telecommunication. As a former IT manager and a proven sales leader, John understands our client’s challenges and is able to leverage that perspective to create solutions optimized for meeting critical objectives.
While in the role of Vice President of Sales and mentor to our sales force, John will ensure that our team can understand your needs and respond with the agility required to meet the ever-changing demands of today’s business landscape. He continues to demand excellence not only from himself but from his team, this coupled with his knowledge of today’s security & compliance challenges, offers a winning combination for Prevalent and clients alike.
Paul Duval - Compliance Practice Manager - Paul is a Certified Information Security Systems Professional, CISSP, and has been in Information Technology for over fifteen years and specializing in Information Security and Compliance for the past ten years.
Paul currently serves Prevalent as the Compliance Manager. In his role, Paul works on multiple compliance and security engagements of various size and complexity and in diverse industries: Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Financial Services, Education, and Marketing. Such engagements include controls audits, reviews, and vulnerability assessments across a variety of regulations and frameworks, including: PCI, SOX, HIPAA, NERC, ISO, COBIT, GLBA and various state privacy laws. Paul also has a strong background in policy development and developing and supporting information security and compliance programs as well as implementing security tools and solutions to support GRC initiatives. Paul is a Symantec Technical Specialist with Symantec’s Control Compliance Suite.
In previous positions, Paul has served as an Information Security Officer for Siemens Shared Services and BISO, TISO and Senior Controls Officer for Citigroup.
