Third-Party Risk Analyst

As a Third-Party Risk Analyst, your day to day responsibilities will be to conduct risk assessment evidence gathering from third-parties on behalf of our clients. This is an entry level position suitable for an ambitious, hardworking, recent college graduate or college graduates with 1 to 2 years experience, preferably in Information risk management. Successful candidates should be able and expected to perform the following tasks:
• Create and deliver online information risk surveys to our clients’ third-party vendors, which would include survey creation, delivery, monitoring, vendor/client technical support, and final provisioning of reviewed results to our clients
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills to ensure a smooth evidence collection experience for both our clients and vendors
• Should have the ability to develop or expand strong relationship management skills to drive the success of our third-party networks
• On-board clients and vendors ensuring that users and systems are provisioned correctly and in line with client expectations
• Candidate should be able to overcome steep learning curves and have a basic understanding of software application structure and software development life cycles
• Candidates should be able to explain and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and follow basic troubleshooting steps to work through issues
• Strong interpersonal skills which can be developed to interact at all levels of the organization from analyst level to C-Suite.
• Demonstrate basic project management and documentation skills to manage multiple parallel work streams
• Work well under pressure with tight deadlines to deliver superior service to our clients and stakeholders
• Recent college graduate with Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Business Administration, or Risk Management (or equivalent experience)
• 1 to 2 years’ work experience, preferably with an Information Risk Background
• Fast learner who can overcome steep learning curves
• Successful candidate should be proactive, self-motivated, and highly professional, with outstanding customer relationship skills
• Process and detail-oriented individual with an ability to think strategically
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to successfully multitask and complete assignments within deadlines that may have short lead times
• Willingness to obtain Industry certifications (e.g. Certified Third Party Risk Professional (CTPRP), CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CIPP, CISA)
