Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Identify, recruit, sign and enable companies to join Prevalent Partner program based on our ideal partner profile
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  • Develop a business plan managed partners and execute effectively against that plan to meet and exceed pipeline and revenue targets
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Achieve against a set of pre-agreed sales targets and KPI’s on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
  • Be responsible for performance management, data analysis and ROI reporting – internally and externally for partners
  • Align Prevalent sales and partner sales resources in revenue generating activities
  • Work as part of a team to facilitate sales and technical training, marketing and business planning and execution
  • Work with the Marketing team to plan and execute on an agreed marketing plan
  • Coordinate executive level relationships and attend quarterly business review
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information
  • Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills

KPIs
  • Partner new business and upsell sales growth
  • New opportunities / deal registrations created and conversion rates
  • Marketing / business plans developed / executed against

Qualifications
  • Five years of Partner Management experience in the UK across VARs/MSPs/SIs
  • Experience in security or risk management software
  • Degree level education
