PHP Software Developer

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a PHP Software Developer to work within our growing software development team located in Chineham Basingstoke. You'll be a vital part of the team helping to design and build new features, as well as to improve the overall quality of our existing codebase. Along with a talented team of developers, you'll be solving interesting and challenging problems, whilst using industry best practices to create scalable software solutions. You will work within a busy agile software development team focused on short development sprints and regular release cycles.

PHP (OOP)
MVC Frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter)
HTML & CSS
Javascript/jQuery
GIT version control

Desirable Skills

TDD, Unit Testing, integration testing, PHPUnit
Knowledge of common design patterns
Agile scrum experience
AWS experience
JS frameworks such as AngularJS or EmberJS
Knowledge of API's (e.g., RESTful, oAuth)
