Business Development Executive

Purpose of the role:

To generate high quality web demonstrations and appointments for the sales team via outbound calling. Targeting senior decision makers to arrange online demonstrations of the 3GRC Platform for integrated risk management.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve pre-determined targets including number of calls dialed, success rates and demonstrations/meetings booked
  • Proactively and effectively follow up on marketing activity via the telephone
  • Book demonstrations and meetings for the Sales team, organising and confirming meetings whilst effectively managing diaries
  • Assist in the planning of targeted calling campaigns into key verticals ahead of executing an effective calling plan
  • Regularly follow up on all warm leads maintaining a building a sales pipeline
  • Maintain accurate records within the internal database
  • Other ad hoc duties as and when required to support the Sales Team

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of one-year telemarketing experience required
  • Ability to use IT systems including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Highly driven and target focused
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload
