The Technical Support Specialist (TSS) is responsible for working collaboratively and individually to solve customer issues and answer customer questions. The TSS is directly responsible for providing timely responses to customers and supporting all components and processes of new and existing Prevalent Software.
The Senior Third-Party Risk Analyst will manage Prevalent’s Risk Assessment Managed Service Program. Leveraging Prevalent’s software platforms, internal resources and strategic partners, the Sr Analyst will further enhance the quality of the assessment program, expand delivery capacity and respond to emerging threat and regulatory concerns.
As a Third-Party Risk Analyst, your day to day responsibilities will be to gather information security controls evidence from third-parties on behalf of our clients. This is an entry level position suitable for an ambitious, hardworking, recent college graduate or college graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience, preferably in information risk management. Candidates should be proactive, self-motivated, and highly professional, with outstanding customer relationship skills. Successful candidates should be able to perform the following tasks:
